BlackVPN Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

The Service provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) that encrypts your internet traffic and enhances your online privacy.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

We do not log user VPN activity. Website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Cloudflare collect anonymized web data only.

You may not use the Service for illegal activities. Torrents are allowed under fair use and legal compliance.

Unlimited bandwidth is provided under a fair usage policy. Excessive usage or automated traffic may result in temporary suspension.

Users must protect their login credentials and promptly report any unauthorized account access.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled. Refunds are issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.

BlackVPN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or abuse. No refunds are provided for terminated accounts.

All website content and materials are owned by 2568365 Ontario Inc.

The Service is provided “as is” without any guarantees of uptime, performance, or reliability.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlackVPN and its affiliates against any claims resulting from misuse of the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
